The Paper Change program (PaperChg) is a Visual Basic application for
Microsoft Windows 3.x that will automatically change your wallpaper at
specified intervals (eg. every 10 minutes or every 25 minutes or ...).

Windows Write program to view/print this documentation.

Some program highlights:

   *  Keep your wallpaper bitmap files ANYWHERE (including a network
      drive)
   *  Automagically TILE smaller bitmaps and CENTER larger ones

      program
